Join us on opening night to meet local Lakes Entrance Artist Jesse Kidd, an extraordinary illustrator whose vivid imagination knows no bounds.

Jesse Kidd has always had a love for comics and illustration, particularly Donald Duck and Batman comics. His illustration endeavours didn't really kick off until high school when he discovered underground comix artist Robert Crumb. 

Fascinated by the use of pen and ink, he soon began his journey as an artist, practising the tedious task of crosshatching with his new love for pen and ink.

Jesse drummed in many bands as a teenager and with a strong DIY punk ethic engrained in his head, he has illustrated event posters for gigs and friends. Which he still does to this day.
